A passion that began at an early age, she has honed her innate skills over the years. Silvia began her coaching career as a counselor in health education focusing on body image and disordered eating.  Later she focused more on coaching senior leaders in a variety of organizations and industries.  In 2006 she gained new coaching skills by obtaining her coaching certification through The NLP & Coaching Institute of California. Most recently she has obtained the prestigious NLP Master Practitioner and Health Practitioner Certifications, further augmenting her already robust skill set.

 

In addition to helping others, Silvia has a passion and proven track record for helping organizations obtain their business results. Her first hand experience has allowed her to achieve the highest level return on investment for her clients. Although there were many tempting offers for higher level roles in corporate America, Silvia chose to leave that world in order to help the next generation of human resource leaders. 

 

Silvia is committed to developing others by helping to provide focused coaching for the mid level human resources professional and approaches all her work with an open mind, customizing solutions based on individual needs leading to powerful and long lasting results.
