NLP Coaches, such as Silvia, use techniques from NLP to quickly work through the internal challenges that may stand in your way, such as limiting beliefs, change of behaviors, creating new ways of reacting in certain situations, just to name a few.
Coaches can help in a variety of ways, from career to personal life, health issues to life balance, it’s up to you how to use your coach and how often to work with them. Please see the Personal Growth page for more information on the variety of coaching services provided.
Q: What is Human Resources & Organizational Development? A: Human Resources & Organizational Development or HR/OD for short, are fields focused on helping leaders create the best organization possible based on what they want to achieve from a strategic business perspective.
An HR/OD professional typically works with a senior leader or senior leadership team in order to determine the best approach for assessing the organization against the business strategy. The consultant then works to gather the appropriate information, analyze the results and reports back to the client.
Once this is done, the consultant and client then determine the best course of action, if change is required within the organization. For more examples on how to use an HR/OD consultant please visit the Business Consulting page.
Q: What is NLP? A: Begun in the late ‘70s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP was founded on the principle that anyone can learn anything if you teach the foundational step by step process. Bandler and Grinder tested this theory by modeling great therapists such as Virginia Satir, Milton Erickson and Fritz Pearl. Once they discovered the fundamental human modeling techniques, they were able to teach others what they had learned.
Today the techniques used in the field of NLP have greatly evolved and as such NLP Practitioners and NLP Coaches have the ability to help others obtain transformational change in a short period of time. Please visit the Personal Growth page for more information on services. |
