Gottman Method Level 1
Bridging the Couples Chasm
A Workshop for Clinicians and Anyone Wanting to Work With Couples Using the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy
May 15–16, 2026 | Birmingham, AL or Online Live | $475
Live In-Person Limited to 10 participants
Live Online Limited to 20 participants
I offer this training both in person at our Birmingham offices and online via live conferencing technology—designed to keep both online and in-office participants collaborative and fully included in the experience. You'll learn from someone who applies the Gottman Method in all clinical couples work and lives it out personally with her husband, who is also a therapist trained through Level 3 of Gottman Method.
This training reviews Dr. Gottman's four decades of research on what makes marriages succeed or fail and teaches a therapy that helps troubled marriages. You'll gain a wealth of information about couples dynamics, marital assessment, couples exercises, and therapeutic interventions—all materials you can use immediately in your private practice.
